How to Eat Chocolate and Lose Weight Fast?

Most people don't realise this, but you can lose weight fast and eat chocolate.

If you are like me, you will have a craving for chocolate when you are trying to lose weight. It is thought of as something that happens to women, but men also seem to have the same problem.

Most think of chocolate as a sweet treat that you should avoid if you are trying to lose weight fast. However, research is saying there are some health benefits to the treat as well.

You probably already know that eating some fat when trying to lose weight is beneficial. There are fats in chocolate: around 1/3 oleic acid, 1/3 palmitic acid and 1/3 stearic acid. Palmitic acid is not so good for you but the other two have the beneficial effects.

Apart from protecting your heart... and tasting great... chocolate helps with you to lose weight fast because: - it contains theobromine, caffeine and other substances, which are stimulants - it kicks along the production of endorphin, so you get a feeling of pleasure - it acts as an anti-depressant because it contains the hormone serotonin.

You will get the best health benefits from chocolate bars made with dark chocolate. Dark chocolate contains at least 65% cocoa and has high levels of antioxidants (nearly 8 times the number found in strawberries - albeit with more calories!).
