You should start slowly and don't rush. You don't have to change all your habits overnight. Try to establish a healthy eating habit or eliminate one unhealthy food every week. Just be patience and you will start to see the results in just 1-2months. What you can do is you should start with the easiest one for you. One small step each week and you will lose weight in no time.

3) Do not starve yourself

Another common mistake many people still doing it until today is starving themselves in an effort to lose weight fast. Actually the contrary is true. You don't have to feel starve yourself in order to lose weight. In fact, starving yourself does not help you lose weight at all. When you starve yourself, you will cause your body to take in more calories in the next meal. This will increase your calorie intake. You must provide enough good nourishment to your body in order to see the unwanted fats finally come right off your body. Feed your stomach consistently. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are all important along with some snacks in between (healthy snacks like munching raw nuts or fresh fruits). This can keep you from getting hungry easily throughout the day.
